Position: Associate Professor
Currently, Currently I'm professor for the Grado en Ingeniería de Tecnologías y Servicios de Telecomunicación (GITST) teaching in the following subjects: Electronic Circuits (CELT, being also the administrative coordinator), Digital Systems II (SDG2), and Introduction to the Inteligent Environments (IEIN).
On the other hand, I also teach the NLP and Retrieval systems for the Biomedical Engineering degree, and Data Adquisition Systems (SDAD) for the Ingenering and Data Systems degree.
Finally, I also belong to the Information Processing and Telecommunications Center (IPTC).
The main topics of my current research are:
- Conversational Agents (generative approaches) and their automatic evaluation
- Natural Language Processing: classification and vector representation with external knowledge
- Language and Speaker identification systems
